Instructions for using the Loading Arm:
1. Fastener: is used to fix the wooden crate, adjustable by a screw.
2. Weight counterbalance: is adjustable, and used for keeping balance.
3. The position of Drop hanger

The whole process of using the Loading Arm:
1. Use the Fastener to fix the wooden crate.
2. Adjust the Weight counterbalance to keep balance.
3. Use traveling crane to pick up the wooden crate, and get it out of container horizontally.
